We had a big job to do to get our house ready to sell. Daryl gave us a quote that was very clearly laid out and very reasonable. He started on time, finished when he said he would and he was on budget. This place looked so good we considered staying! A few other jobs came up, like installing light fixtures, which he offered to do, and did promptly. He also leant a hand when we were struggling to move things, which was very much appreciated. Daryl is on time, on-budget, professional, trustworthy, and his workmanship is second to none. He’s also very friendly and courteous. [Cober Contracting] was the second firm we brought in when we were getting our house ready for sale. The first contractor was abysmal; the polar opposite of [Cober]. As you know, selling a house can be a stressful time. This stress is compounded when the contractor turns out to be terrible.
Daryl swooped in and saved the day by fixing all of the problems that the first contractor had caused, and continued to do a fantastic job on the rest of the work (including plumbing, painting, electrical). He turned what looked like a mess into a gem that we ultimately sold for more than we were expecting. We were referred to Daryl by one of our realtor’s colleagues, who still uses Daryl’s services to keep her home immaculate. It is, by far, the best referral we've ever received.
